Returns and Refunds
We require a receipt or proof of purchase for any return.
Refillables are non-refundable due to health safety reasons.
Some items are eligible for return or exchange for 30 days. These items include normal price : unused home goods , unused decor, and beauty products that were in a sealed package. You may exchange or return beauty products that came in a sealed package if they are unopened and undamaged.
As several of our beauty products are natural and handmade, they are not in sealed packaging. Once they have left the store, these items can not be returned due to healthy safety reasons. This is why we suggest people try sample sizes whenever possible, or stop in our store, as we do have testers.
Sale items are non-refundable, but we do offer in store credit if they are returned within 30 days.
If you ordered online and are requesting to return or exchange due to anything other than receiving the wrong item or damaged items, we do not pay for return postage. Consumer is liable for any postage fees. We will replace items if they are damaged. If you send us a return, please allow 14 business days, from the date we receive it, for us to process the return. When we receive any item, we will inspect it and make sure the item is undamaged and unused. If an item appears used or damaged, we will reject the refund, and mail the item back to you. When your refund has been approved, please allow 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, as banks can differ.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
